Patrick Forrest, late of 89 Cornwall Gardens, Mt. Salem, St. James, a retired Inspector of Police and an ex-member of the JDF (Delta), died on August 23, 2018.
He passed leaving wife: Millicent, daughters: Tashan and Soshannah, 4 grandchildren, 5 sisters, in-laws, nieces, nephews, church family, members of the JCF, other
relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at Mt. Salem S D A Church, St. James at 10:00am.
Interment follows in Dovecot of St. James Memorial Park.
My deepest condolences to the family. Patrick was a long time friend of mine, when he was just a (blue seam) police. I am so sadden to learn of his passing. R. I. P
