Maurice Barton, late of Catherine Hall, St. James and Auld Ayr, Blue Fields, Westmoreland. was born on August 29, 1946 passed away on April 14, 2018. He was a former employee of Carlyle on the Bay, Wexford Court and Native Restaurant.

He died leaving 7 children, 16 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, 1 brother, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

His funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at the Kings SDA Church, Mount Salem Main Road, St. James. The body will lay in state 10:00 am to 11:00 am. The service will commence at 11:00 am.

Interment follows in the family plot in Auld Ayr, Blue Fields, Westmoreland.
